All goods are offered subject to availability. All prices and quotations are inclusive of VAT, which will be invoiced at current rate, where applicable.
Solerco Products Limited retains the title to all goods until payment in full has been received and cleared through our bank account. New Customers are asked to accept a proforma invoice until credit facilities have been set up or other arrangements have been agreed.
Regarding allergens- PLEASE CHECK PRODUCT LABELS we have specifications available for all products to highlighted potential allergens (Please request these by email sales@solerco.co.uk), set out by the manufacturers of the products. Whilst we have made every effort to ascertain that this information is correct, please check and use products once satisfied yourselves that they are free from allergens that are of concern.
DELIVERIES
All goods should be examined on arrival, even when the outer cases look perfect and therefore you have no doubt about the condition of the items inside. THE GOODS MUST BE CHECKED IN EACH CARTON. When you are busy or the order is too large to make the driver wait whilst you check the items delivered, please sign for the goods as DAMAGED, and delete the words ‘goods received in good condition’. Do not write ‘unchecked’ or ‘unseen’ because this will make the courier disregard the claim if there is a problem with the delivery. No claims will be processed if the courier has a signature under or near ‘goods received in good condition’.

All orders above £500 net are Delivered Free of charge – for main land deliveries. All mainland orders below the amount of £500 are subject to a delivery charge. Full information will be available when placing your order. All delivery charges quoted will incur VAT at the current rate.
For Guaranteed delivery next working day, orders must be placed by midday and delivery charge will be applied however, next day may not be possible in some areas. Prices for guaranteed next day delivery available on request however these are subject to workload, stock availability and couriers service in your area.
RETURNS
We are unable to accept the return of edible items which are ordered in error or found to be in excess of customers requirements.
We may accept certain products back that have been purchased within 28 days, provided the product has not been opened and all seals are intact. If there is a genuine issue with the product outside this time and the product is within the best before date, this will be dealt with accordingly, and issues discussed with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Your Statutory rights are not affected.
